The Thrive Resources Resume Bank is a repository of executives offered by Thrive Resources which our Private Equity and Portfolio Company Clients can search for talent directly using filters to find candidates who match their current talent needs.

In the Resume Bank, your resume will be visible to, and searchable by, all of Thrive's PE / Portfolio clients that are subscribed to our Resume Bank. 

Note, if you do not wish to be searchable in our Resume Bank, you will still be able to apply to individual jobs that PE firms and Portfolio Companies post on our PE-Exclusive Job Board where you can decide which jobs you'd like to pursue in which case you would be discoverable but only to that employer on that job.
