Resume Bank Questionnaire

Our PE / portfolio company clients search the Resume Bank using filters. The questions below are thorough but we aim to gather all of the information we need to ensure you show up in the results when they are searching for you by filters. 

In this questionnaire you will also be asked to UPLOAD A COPY OF YOUR RESUME (.doc or .pdf acceptable).  Please have it ready before you start the questionnaire .

You will also be asked to consent to the GDPR guidelines for storing your data.

At the end of the questionnaire, please check the box indicating consent to receive emails so that we can send you notifications. We will never spam you or flood your inbox with emails.

2. Consent
