The Women Operators in PE Council is a confidential, practitioner-led community for women navigating the realities of private equity environments.
Members include women currently leading inside PE-backed portfolio companies, as well as executives preparing to transition into these roles.
The council provides a trusted space to discuss the real dynamics of operating in PE -from sponsor relationships and board expectations to leadership judgment and career decisions.
What to Expect
Each session is designed as a working conversation, not a presentation.

Sessions are candid, practical, and peer-driven - no presentations, no posturing.
